What is a Beach Feet Foot Treatment?
Pamper dull, tired feet with our aromatic foot treatment, designed to release muscular tension and improve appearance.
You and your feet will leave feeling soothed, light and breezy.
How does a Beach Feet Foot Treatment work?
This is a spa treatment for the feet, with the added benefit of our Southsea Bathing Hut natural skincare products, and optional 'no nasties' nail polish by London Grace.
Our therapist will begin with a therapeutic foot bath, where your feet are soaked and cleansed in warm, peppermint aromatherapy water to soften the skin. Our deeply exfoliating Salty Sea Scrub will buff off dead skin. This is followed with a nail and cuticle tidy. Your treatment will end with a Swedish-style foot and lower leg massage with reflexology, using our award-winning Vitamin Sea Balm.
Opt for our 45 minute treatment, and have your toe nails painted with London Grace nail polish. This includes base coat, nail colour of your choosing and top coat.

Benefits of this treatment include:
- improving the condition and appearance of the feet
- toning foot muscles, slack tissue and relieving muscle pain
- smoothing the senses with aromatherapy products
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment start time.
Due to the current Healthy & Safety guidelines, we cannot currently provide a pre-treatment waiting area for The Lagoon.
On arrival at Southsea Bathing Hut, you will be greeted by our friendly team. You will be provided with hand sanitiser and we will check your temperature using a digital, contactless thermometer.
You will then be guided through to The Lagoon Treatment Room. If it is your first time at The Lagoon you’ll be asked to complete a pre-treatment client questionnaire online when you book your appointment. So there will be no paperwork to complete during your actual treatment visit.
Our skilled therapist will ask some questions to establish your needs. This will help to identify any areas of your body which may require more focus and release during your treatment. They will further tailor your treatment by selecting an essential oil blend to suit your needs.
Your therapist will give you time to undress privately and lie down on our massage table, where you may cover yourself with towels. You will not be completely exposed at any point during your treatment.
You will begin on your stomach and turn over at the halfway point.
If you opt for our 45 minute treatment with nail polish, we'd recommend wearing open toe sandals or flip flops (if you have them, and weather permits!).
Avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol prior to the treatment.
Please ensure you arrive wearing your mask or face covering, as this is mandatory in all enclosed spaces from 24th July.
Please only bring essential belongings and leave valuables at home.
Post-treatment balance payments can only be made by Visa/Debit/Credit Card or Southsea Bathing Hut Gift Card.
This treatment involves massage oils being massaged directly into the neck, scalp and/or hairline. We, therefore, recommend bringing a hairbrush and hair tie (as necessary) for use after your treatment. We have mirrors hanging in The Lagoon for your convenience.
The 30 and 45 minute treatment time is the actual time our Natural Skincare & Wellbeing Therapist will be performing your treatment.
Please allow an additional 5 minutes following your treatment to receive any after-care advice.
As a stimulating exfoliation treatment for the feet, your skin may be slightly pink after this treatment, but not irritated or painful. This redness will subside within a few hours.

This includes anyone over the age of 70, pregnant women or anyone who usually needs a flu jab for underlying medical conditions. Please refer to www.gov.uk for further information or click here.
