We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
We’ll exchange or refund the price of all unused, unsatisfactory items, excluding any packaging or shipping fees for the initial delivery or the return shipment.
We can only exchange or refund items which are returned in perfect condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage. Unless proof can be provided that items arrived in a faulty condition. Items must be unopened and must be in their original packaging.
To send your item back to us for a refund or exchange:
- Please email email@example.com to let us know the reason for your return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will let you know the return address and a code to include with your item
- Package your item(s) and send them back to us with the delivery method of your choice. We suggest using a method that will provide proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any item(s) lost in transit
